Refund Policy

Free Agent Refunds

We do our best to place every free agent, but placement is not guaranteed. If we cannot place you on a team, you will receive a full refund.

Team Withdrawals / Removals

Teams withdrawing before the registration deadline will receive a full refund minus a 3% payment processing fee.

Teams withdrawing after the registration deadline will receive no refund, unless a full replacement team is found. In this case, a partial refund may be negotiated at the discretion of Rafa League.

No refunds will be issued after Week 1, regardless of attendance or player availability.

Players / teams that are in violation of the Code of Conduct will be removed from the league without refund.

Any team that forfeits two or more games may be removed from the league without refund.

Weather & Facility Cancellations

Indoor games are rarely cancelled due to weather, but in the case of facility closure (e.g. power outage, flooding, emergency), we will make every attempt to reschedule the missed game(s) at a future date or time.

If rescheduling is not possible, the game may be recorded as a draw or removed from the schedule. Refunds will not be issued for any cancelled games.

League Cancellation (Full Season)

If Rafa League cancels the full season (e.g. due to COVID-19, facility loss, low registration, etc.), players/teams will receive a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after season start, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of weeks remaining.
